Terraforming stone tiles

Post by Oije64 » 22 Nov 2014, 11:13

Are there any plans to terraform stone tiles?

We can dig tunnels, but are not able to remove a single stone tile which disturbs a whole area bcs i cant flatten them.

In Middle Age, people were aware to build castles at exposed spots.

Make it hard for us to do so, let us need high skills and special tools (no simple tools possible) and let it take much more time to alter a tile that others, but make it happen.

Thank you

once tunnel decay is implemented you will be able to. By digging out a tunnel then letting it decay. It will be removed from map. letting you pile a bit of dirt on it then flattening that. which you can already do if you want.

Tunnel decay would be an annoying way to handle this.

As I suggested on another post, add a quarry option to terraforming, which can only be used to make ground levels lower (quarry down, quarry flat, quarry flat downslope, quarry flat upslope.) It would never add any material, and only works on rocks.
