Perhaps adding slots to the inventory and storage containers. I find it rather annoying to constantly be dragging everything around in my inventory to keep it somewhat organized. Only to have it start over the next time an item is added as for now al the items just clump over top of each other. Then being able to split items up or grab a select amount of one item would also be a nice touch.
