Anyone know how to use it? It seems easy, but i cant hit anything using it!

it seems bugged, or only for big pack of people...

Press the Key, press Tab (or whatever binds mouse to vision), target, press fire (LMB) again. You need to target via mouse moving after pressing tab

I dont think its bugged it's just really bad. it's more of a do you want to waste 10 arrows button?. I've wasted 1000+ arrows and I can only remember ever hitting one horse.

However the red circle makes a good search light in the dark.
