I have the ingredients and carpentry leveled but the build button is greyed out... What am I missing???

Just to be certain, as I don't have the game open and am not a carpenter to check/confirm, but you have the correct skill level for building it in MMO? If you are going by the LiF wiki, those stats are for YO, as nothing in the MMO requires 15 skill to build. Only the thresholds of 0, 30, 60, 90, and 100 will grant the ability to build new recipes. I've noticed that causing a bit of confusion among players.

Good example is construction. A kiln requires 10 skill in YO to build and that is what is listed in the wiki, it requires 30 in MMO.

So I got it working. Once carpentry reached 15 the build button became usable and I could construct it.

This actually matches the YO wiki which said 15 carpentry is required (which is why I decided to give it a shot).

Wish that requirement would have been more clear in game.
