I dont own either but would love to play it. If i buy Life is Feudal:MMO will i gain access to Life is Feudal:Your Own also?

No, it only works the other way around, but good news, Life is Feudal: Your Own is on sale this week.

So you can purchase Your Own on steam and receive 1 ticket to access the MMO.

Well 'instant' really means you have to register it on the LIF website, verify on that site that you own YO on steam, then get the MMO launcher downloaded and installed, then log in on the launcher with your steam account (at least the first time). It works but can be a little frustrating trying to figure it all out.
