As we have seen we have some members who think personal claims should be able to attack realms and destroy them.

Personal Claims are currently protected 100% from being attacked from guilds, other players and groups of players.

I propose in exchange for being able to attack monuments and destroy a Towns/Realms monument that..

1. Personal Claims must build a monument themselves to claim any land.

2. Personal Claims will give up their 100% protection status against attacks.

3. Personal Claims can be sieged and removed by destroying the monument by other groups of players.

What say ye?? :evil:

You're silly... I think the real issue is that non guilded players want to be able to DEFEND their claims against kingdoms. No one has mentioned that a lone peasant should be able to sack a kingdom.

Basically there are suggestions to allow Personal Claims to attack Realms without forming into a guild even before a realm is built while it is building the monument.

All the while hiding behind their 100% safe protected walls.

Personal Claims should give up the 100% protection status if they want to be involved in World Politics.

2. Realm monuments become subject to attack when under construction or upgrade, and can be destroyed to prevent realm formation or expansion.


4. Individuals may form a Band for the purpose of defending against an encroaching Realm.

This lets them declare war and siege on one Realm, but does not make them a guild.

How exactly would one attack a monument stone that is under construction from INSIDE their walls?

How would this be any different than a clan building a monument outside of a already developed guild town? THey could come outside their walls and destroy the stone with no risk because even if the other clan declares war... The established kingdom HAS WALLS...

Unguilded who's land is under a monument contruction claim should ONLY be able to destroy the monument while it is being constructed or upgraded. A finished monument should in no way be destructible unless war is declared.

Protunia, I voted yes, but you do realize that right now the tier 1 monument (forms a town) is built inside a personal claim in perfect safety from damage?
