Either a crash or a death or a relog occurs and when rejoining the server the game loads in fine, I am able to look around briefly before the game freezes. After a moment or two of the game being completely frozen I get an Error: The server has terminated the connection: Timed out. Clicking OK closes the game.

The only fix I've found is completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game from scratch, which takes 3-4~ hours. Repairing the game, rebooting the computer, lowering settings to low does not fix the problem.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game every single time I have to rejoin the server is obviously not a reliable or efficient fix.
