I'm unable to view the NA dashboard, can access EU dashboard just fine. Have cleared cookies/cache and use three different browsers, same issue.

This is the URL I am taken to after clicking NA:

If you're using chrome, please press Ctrl + Shift + I, select Cookies and either show us screenshot of your token (example here) or copy the token and send it to us.

Same issue. Made a changed to password and can log in but now cannot access Dashboard or any of the server status pages - just get redirected back to the http://lifeisfeudal.com/?signin=1 page too.

Help? Have cleared everything and get same issue in all browsers tried (three on two different computers so far).

Bought the zealot pack 3 days ago, created 2 of the 3 characters on NA Buyan Server, took the ferry to Abella with those 2...... and have played now for 2 days on NA Buyan Server.

However, I am unable to access the North American Dashboard from the website on my account...... the EU dashboard (which I have 0 characters on), I CAN access!?!? The North American dashboard (which I should be able to access) is unaccessible and greyed out, as is, the CIS Dashboard.

Saw an earlier post, and Arrakis suggested we give the following information:

Everyday since I started playing (since 06/01/2018)

Have contacted GM on official discord server, unable to resolve. As requested, sent an e-mail to techsupport, no response 2 days. Saw the "fix" as suggested on the website, to access dashboard through that special link to NA Dashboard, and have tried that countless times.

I would please like full functionality and access to the NA Dashboard, as I should have.

I'm not sure what to do, as I can't play the game with FULL functionality as I have definitely paid for. I am unable to utilize personal claim rights in-game, I can't access the dashboard via the website, nor has my map in-game updated properly to show the NA Buyan world map either.... still shows the newbieland map days after ticketing to Abella.

Thanks for any help or suggestions on how to resolve this issue, please.
