There is no need to make any tests.
Apparently, since all mesages are being delivered and not being lost, there is a huge outgoing queue at your mail server, or at your initial message generation software.
I have provided you a email headers with message IDs from your postfix server, so you can trace down the postfix subsystem logs to find the bottleneck.
