Royal Warhorse Training Not Functional

Royal Warhorse training is not functional. There is no way to produce a Royal Warhorse. Arrakis told us if we put 100q horse armor on a 100q hardy we should expect a 90q Heavy. Is there any news on when this will be fixed?

We are investigating this issue. No ETA yet, though.
