Beautiful, I see it will increase but still obeys skill cap. and didn't immediately see how to lower a skill or hard set one to a specific value.

Will test more tomorrow

I have a gut feeling there's still a hidden one to set ALL skills to 90ish...

That's all been answered fairly well throughout this thread.....

Deeper research is required on a server admins part to understand SQL and how the servers function

/setmyskill (skillID) (amount)
/setmyskill 41 100 (Raises two-handed blades mastery to 100)

skillIDs are found in DB at "skill_type"

Hey guys,

Just wanted you to know that we do give 100% FTP access as well as 100% MySQL database access with your LiF:YO server.

We will be integrating PHPMyAdmin into our next version of the Overseer Panel for even easier access to all of your server settings / database settings.

Really awesome job finding all of these GM commands. Going to have some fun messing with players on our BlueFangSolutions.com official community servers. :Yahoo!:

These guys are great too I have a server with them and I'm even tempted to by a second one. They have been extremely helpful

Spent a lot of time inside sql databases. Mine is empty. The forrest and world tables are populated but my character table is empty. Refreshed a hundred time.. not sure what the deal is.

Cleaning up main post for clarity and adding commands not listed yet.. also making the script easier to read and adding notes to it..

With some general experimentation and digging.. I'm thinking it wouldn't be that difficult to get a working, in-game ESP..

Showing all active characters on map for GM's

TorZar, check your dedserver folder under "data" there are effects listed there in an XML file. The ones on the DB are not related I believe.

Having trouble seting up the gm commands for my server... I figured out how to open up the database but i dont understand what you mean by this:

Database: compare table 'character' column 'AccountID' to table 'account' column 'ID' and set isGM to 1

what exactly do i do to these columns? I got isGM set to 1 and thats all i could figure out lol

Im a complete noob when it comes to this type of stuff...

Thanks!

You can also teleport to players from Character table by setting GeoID and GeoAlt to same as the target player. This does not work on console or I have not figured a way to do it.

This is how I was getting friends to me. But was having them log out during the change and logging in at my position.

Did u attempt this while they stayed logged in? If by some slim chance the client corrects the players position if it doesn't match the DB while in game, a simple php script for setting players positions would make quick work of it..

Otherwise, after I get on tonight and add god mode to the script I'll start digging for a slash command tp again.

Okay.. *sighs* My head is now aching after reading all 9 pages, being completely confused and no step further. Can some DB crack help me, please. I am simply running "my own server" locally (I guess?), meaning I just created a world from the ingame menu and ran it sucessfully... Now can someone please, please - in simple words for IT noobs - explain to me how I get get those commands beyond /GM **mypw** to actually work? I have no heck of an idea where all those DBs you guys talk about shall be if I'm not running a dedicated server (am I not?) but simply created a new world ingame lol.

Thanks in advance!

(to enable GM mode without having to use password..)
UPDATE: TgTemplars' findings: isGM set to 1 is required for full control.. (the logs do show checking this on a regular basis)

Completed this part?

He runs it on local base by creating a world inside the game menue... that DO NOT work for now - you need to wait for official GM Tools then.

You need to create a DEDICATED SERVER if you want to get all the options we've found out. Go to steam, browse tools, download Life is feudal dedicated server. Set him up (Tutorials about dedicated server are also here in the forums) and then access the database.

Or just simply wait till friday when the dev's plan to give out official GM Tools, commands and explainations.

*sry for my crap english... it's too late... need sleep.. damn game :D *
