The amount of people in the "Beta tester" group has not changed atleast. But again there has not been anything confirmed on wether or not they will add more people this time, or run with the same testers as the last little weekend wave.

My friend got a key and i'm not. So he also don't play the Beta, because in a group it would be make more fun and you can reach more in this short time
Maybe it would be better to give a group of Players a Beta key, so they can play together and search the game for bugs

I'm not sure what page you're looking at with the activate game key entry, but you havent received a game key because you haven't been selected for the beta (yet?).

An easy way to see if you're in the beta test is to look beneath your avatar picture beside one of your posts on the forum. If it says "Beta Tester" beneath your name, you're in the Beta. If it doesn't (which it doesn't at the moment) it means you're still in the pool of people waiting to be chosen.
