LiF:YO - Single Player AI

LiF:YO should be real Single Player and not just PvP. Lets get some merchants, villages, bar wenches, kings, guards, farmers, ect.

Leave the PvP only aspect to the LIF:MMO version.

Actually if you want it to be single player, you could just host your own server and not let people on.

I bet there are a few roleplaying servers that already exist that are minimizing combat.

EDIT: Ahh you're referring to "natives" aren't you? It's rumored that there are going to be "savages" added into the game into the future, humanoid npcs and such. Who knows, maybe we could get citizens too?

Yes natives, that's where I'm getting at with this topic, thank you. It would be cool, to have them scattered around the map, a small village here and there. Rent a room for the night, sit at a bar, eat, drink and listen to folk tales. Be a helping hand with farming, or logging as an example for a quest.

A merchant peddling wares at a store front, and if you rob from them, a bounty gets put on your head. Guards will hunt for you, ask other people and AI's if they have seen you. If they capture you, you spend time in the dungeon.

If you cut down a civilian or another player in plain sight of witnesses, the bounty goes up for your head.

Theres so much potential with this game, it would be a shame to let it all go to waste.

Sounds familiar....
Wenches - with a mod
Villages - yes
Kings - one
Guards - yes
Farmers - yes
Single player - yes....

You could even go places and sit and rent a room. Then when you attack attack a civilian you get a bounty and guards chase you..

Oh yeah Skyrim and Oblivion.... I remember now..

Yeah it is sounding like that, but Skyrim is just SP. This is bringing the SP experience to MP.

Bringing good news - There are PLANS for future regarding some singleplayer feature, personal dungeons with NPCs. How will that work, that's unsure, but that will be done in future.
