EDIT: Ahh you're referring to "natives" aren't you? It's rumored that there are going to be "savages" added into the game into the future, humanoid npcs and such. Who knows, maybe we could get citizens too?
Yes natives, that's where I'm getting at with this topic, thank you. It would be cool, to have them scattered around the map, a small village here and there. Rent a room for the night, sit at a bar, eat, drink and listen to folk tales. Be a helping hand with farming, or logging as an example for a quest.
A merchant peddling wares at a store front, and if you rob from them, a bounty gets put on your head. Guards will hunt for you, ask other people and AI's if they have seen you. If they capture you, you spend time in the dungeon.
If you cut down a civilian or another player in plain sight of witnesses, the bounty goes up for your head.
Theres so much potential with this game, it would be a shame to let it all go to waste.
