1. You will get some premium currency to buy some stuff in mmo shop when it releases.

2. Of course not. Do you imagine transferring char from x100 skill gain server to x1 skill gain MMO? Not going to happen.

The plan is Q4 2015, but don't know if this is "release" or open beta.

I am guessing it is not 100% clear yet.
