Roughly, when can we expect large animals?

Post by Calinir » 06 Oct 2014, 09:33

As the title says, what is the "rough" timeframe for the implementation of large animals like cows, sheep and horses?

Some can already be spawned in title form by GMs and be placed inside barns however when can we hope to see these animals available out in the real world?

Also "roughly" how far away are we from rideable horses?

I'm not asking for exact dates just rough estimates,
ie. 3 months away from large animals existing in the open world and 6 months away from rideable horses.

I'd just like to hear from the Devs (or mods) if they're even thinking about it or it's something that's on the far back burner.

I bet they have priority list (apart from server stability). Would be good to release it to public from time to time. Bobik & Co is already most transparent devs I had meet.

I am itching for my animals to.
Not just the big'uns, but the pigs and sheep.
Its bonkers to not be able to get that sheep and pig stuff for my cooking and crafting.

Then the ability to make the clothes... and the wine.. Long live the wine!

Mountable horses will be a huge win for this game but they shouldn't implement them before it's in a good state.

yeah, I must agree.
animal wise, they especially should be along the end line, so we farmer / breeder types can figure out the animal stuff, not to mention the sheer abuse we will be seeing as soon as they are available of insta horse knights rampaging the countryside.. lets fix the broken stuff first :)

Yea it would be nice if the game has cows, sheep and pigs. We could raises and breed them and potentially sell them to others or put them in auctions. Also we can have bacon and eggs for breakfast lol

Shouldn't that be "Soon™"?
