My name is Olloch and I play as Jenn-Kellon on the Epic Cluster. Hello all. Looking forward to seeing you in the Alpha.

I've played Wurm and I'm not at all impressed by it. I hope LiF is a LOT better. It plays horribly, the graphics and animations are clunky at best, the combat is lacking... I just overall don't like it.

I'm hoping this game will set the bar pretty high for the industry in just content and gameplay alone. Not expecting Crysis level graphics... definitely more than Mount and Blade... but how it plays out is what I'm most interested in.

Once I get my hands on it... I'll know whether or not my group will be supporting it full bore.

I use to be Marex, I became the leader of the Freedom Kingdom lands for a few months with a town I owned for a while, was a year ago I quit at one point because my friends stopped playing for like a month so I gave up as they kept complaining about it that whole time.

I tried wurm online.. The grind was horrible, and the time consumption was ridiculous. It wasn't very enjoyable. I don't think wurm can compete with LiF!!!! Be done with Wurm, LiF is your new home!

I just wanted to bump this and say that recently in wurm online, it was made quite clear that the head dev Rolf did not care about his players and made changes based on a few voices. From what I have seen in the development of this game and how far it has come with a small budget I am happy to say that I plan to put all my eggs into this basket and I am really excited for what was done so far.

I am also bumping this for interested wurmians who wanted to check this game out.

I wonder how the wurm players are going to deal with the PVP style. No point and click and wait for something to happen. I guess I'll say I play wurm aswell, Epic cluster BL. Only played for a few months, got into the pvp. Definitely not worth the grind. -ajro
